Founding Principles

Purpose of The Arkansas Patriot:

• To provide accurate and otherwise unreported information to the great citizens of Arkansas and the United States;
• To equip citizens with the truth;
• To encourage citizens to question boldly their government and the media;
• To facilitate discussion on important issues facing our society;
• To rid the public sector of dishonest, elitist politicians;
• To defend the Constitution of Arkansas and the Constitution of the United States of America.

1. Founding Principles

1.1.   The Arkansas Patriot is committed to conservative principles, including but not limited to:

1.1.1.      A belief that the Constitution of the United States is the greatest document ever devised by man; a belief that it is our duty, as citizens of these United States, to defend, protect, and preserve this Constitution.

1.1.2.      A commitment to federalism.

1.1.3.      A commitment to traditional family values including the right to life and traditional marriage between one man and one woman.

1.1.4.      A commitment to strong national defense.

1.1.5.      A belief that God, and God alone, controls the destiny of our planet; a rejection of extremist environmental policies that would sacrifice the wealth and security of the United States of America for the alleged “good of the planet.”

1.1.6.      A commitment to securing the borders of the United States from foreign invaders, including illegal immigrants, weapons & drugs dealers, and terrorists.

1.1.7.      A commitment to sound economic policy—low taxes, less regulation, a laissez faire philosophy.

1.1.8.      A belief that capitalism is the greatest economic system ever known to the minds of men.
